GOVERNMENT FRAUD

Raise your hand if you think there is fraud going on in the US government. If you do not think there is fraud going on in the US government you may end up raising your hand after you read this or you could just simply leave this web site. The information that will be shared with you on this web site does not mean that the owners of NMC Services or the webmaster that build this site are against having a government. Matter of fact it is the complete opposite, we feel there should be a government for we believe without structure people would run amuck, we do feel there are evil people that work for the US government and they know the truth and that there are the elite that own the incorporation. The government needs to be run by the people for the people like it was prior to the US Government Incorporation took it away from us. We do not need a government that controls the people and keep them in slavery and commit tyranny on the people of the true United States for America.

I hope you are sitting down for what you are about to read is the biggest government fraud ever exposed.

Let’s start with what the word Fraud means:

The Webster’s Dictionary states that Fraud means Deceit, Trickery, intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right.

The Blacks Law Dictionary states pretty much what the Webster’s Dictionary does but adds about two pages full of information. My favorite part is: A false representation of a matter of fact, whether by words or by conduct, by false or misleading allegations, or by concealment of that which should have been disclosed, which deceives and is intended to deceive another so that he shall act upon it to his legal injury.

Now let’s look up the word Government:

The Webster’s Dictionary states that the Government is the organization, machinery, or agency through which a political unit exercises authority and performs functions and which is usually classified according to the distribution of power within it. The Government can also be the body of persons that constitutes the governing authority of a political unit or organization of officials.

The Blacks Law Dictionary states pretty much the same thing as the Webster’s Dictionary does except there is about two pages of stuff, my favorite is: The whole class or body of officeholders or functionaries considered in the aggregate, upon whom devolves the executive, judicial, legislative, and administrative business of the state.

Now if you put the words Government and Fraud together what do you get? To fully understand that question you have to understand what incorporations do and why people build incorporations. Take some time to look at the word incorporation and study on why people build them. The simple term is incorporations are made for one thing, to make money. They all have one something in common. They all have a board of directors. President, Vice President, CEO, Secretary and Treasury are you getting the picture?

How many of you know that the US Government that is in place right now is an operating incorporation? How many of you know that the US Government incorporation has been bankrupted eight times?

The Federal government, which is foreign to the United States of America, which is located in the District of Columbia, which is not part of the United States and which is in fact controlled to a great extent by the international bankers which created the Federal Reserve and by the laws and rules of the United Nations, whereby this Federal Washington D.C. state or country, has set itself up as a control over the United States of America as a quasi-government.

These facts indicates that elected officials residing outside of the United States of America in Washington D.C., are not actually employees or officials of the United States of America, or its rules. The states' rules do not apply. The states' Constitution does not apply to these entities in Washington D.C. because they are acting outside the country in this second nation known as the Federal government.

In other words, the United States Federal government and the United States of America are two different countries, and the Constitution of the United States of America is not the law of the United States Federal government. Therefore, these entities cannot, while in the District of Colombia, be accused of treason. They are operating on behalf of the foreign bankers and their special interests.

Now if that is not enough of a shocker for you.

How about The united states Of America is a corporation owned by foreign interests.

Below are two articles covering the fact that, since the Act of 1871 which established the District of Columbia, we have been living under the UNITED STATES CORPORATION which is owned by certain international bankers and aristocracy of Europe and Britain.

In 1871 the Congress changed the name of the original Constitution by changing ONE WORD -- and that was very significant as you will read.

Some people do not understand that ONE WORD or TWO WORDS difference in any "legal" document DO make the critical difference. But, Congress has known, and does know, this.

This corporation, established in 1871, will be cancelled by NESARA and NESARA will also restore the ORIGINAL Constitution which assists in restoring our Constitutional Rights and the Bill of Rights and our rights as described in the Declaration of Independence.

February 21, 1871 Congress Passes an Act to Provide a Government for the District of Columbia, also known as the Act of 1871*

With no constitutional authority to do so, Congress creates a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, a ten mile square parcel of land (see, Acts of the Forty-first Congress," Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62).

The act -- passed when the country was weakened and financially depleted in the aftermath of the Civil War -- was a strategic move by foreign interests (international bankers) who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the coffers and neck of America.

Congress cut a deal with the international bankers (specifically Rothschilds of London) to incur a DEBT to said bankers. Because the bankers were not about to lend money to a floundering nation without serious stipulations, they devised a way to get their foot in the door of the United States.

The Act of 1871 formed a corporation called THE UNITED STATES. The corporation, OWNED by foreign interests, moved in and shoved the original Constitution into a dustbin. With the Act of 1871, the original Constitution was defaced in effect vandalized and sabotage when the title was capitalized and the word "for" was changed to "of" in the title

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the constitution of the INCORPORATED UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

It operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it governs the Republic. It does is not!

Capitalization is NOT insignificant when one is referring to a legal document. This seemingly "minor" alteration has had a major impact on every subsequent generation of Americans.

What Congress did by passing the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia, an INCORPORATED government. This newly altered Constitution was not intended to benefit the Republic. It benefits only the corporation of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and operates entirely outside the original Constitution.

Instead of having absolute and unalienable rights guaranteed under the original Constitution, we the people now have "relative" rights or privileges. One example is the Sovereign's right to travel, which has now been transformed (under corporate government policy) into a "privilege" that requires citizens to be licensed.

By passing the Act of 1871, Congress committed TREASON against the People who were Sovereign under the grants and decrees of the Declaration of Independence and the original Constitution.

Ok now that you know the truth are you ready to raise your hand now? If this is not called Government Fraud, I would like to know what you would call it. If you still do not believe this is Government Fraud you can do one of two things, you can either leave this site or go take the blue pill and go to bed and you will wake up back in the Matrix and you will get that warm fuzzy feeling that everything is just a-okay. Or you could take the red pill and WAKE UP TO THE TRUTH.

It is true that this is the biggest government fraud created, however do not forget to dig a little big more on some other government frauds going on like the New World Order, Federal Reserve, IRS Fraud, Micro Chips and the Illuminati just to name a few.
