America Is Crying Tyranny

America is crying out TYRANNY. That is what you see at the top of each one of our web sites. The problem is we wonder how many people truly understand what they are crying about. Our hope on this web site is not only to explain what Tyranny is but why America is crying out Tyranny.

Let's start with what the definition of Tyranny is:

1. A government in which a single ruler is vested with absolute power.

2. The office, authority, or jurisdiction of an absolute ruler.

3. Absolute power, especially when exercised unjustly or cruelly.

4. Use of absolute power. A tyrannical act.

5. Extreme harshness or severity; rigor.

Now that you have an idea what Tyranny means, I can already see some of you starting to have smoke coming out of your eyes that Tyranny=U.S Government. The other few of you are saying what do you mean Tyranny=U.S Government.

Let's take a look at some facts and how the U.S Government plays into making America cry Tyranny.

Now remember NMC Services is not saying we are anti-government. We are not anti-government. We are just bringing to light what is the truth.

For many of you the information on this web site will be shocking. Some of you will believe this information and some of you will not.

Believe it or not some of the first acts of tyranny committed against the American people were committed by Abraham Lincoln; yes that is right president Abraham Lincoln. Abraham Lincoln is known to be the leader associated with the end of black slavery in the United States. Abraham Lincoln did not free the black slaves out of the kindness of his heart like so many of you believe, he freed the black slaves because of the pressure that he was receiving, so he decided to free the black slaves so they would either go back to Africa were they came from or to kill them off in the war.

Abraham Lincoln thought the black people were not worth anything but to remain slaves. Blacks were referred to as non-persons and property and since he owned his own slaves he did not want to free the slaves. Since the black people came from foreign land they could never been true Americans, so to hide the illusion of real freedom Abraham Lincoln made each and every one of the black slave's citizens (notice the spelling of citizen with a small c) of the United States. To this very day any foreigners that come to this county, they can not be natives of this country and can never own real land patents. This means they can never really be free but forever remain to be slaves. The second act of tyranny Abraham Lincoln committed was he signed an executive order placing this country under Martial Law. Just a few days before he was going to take this country back out of Martial Law he was murdered, yes you read it right murdered. You will have to do your own study about that, but it is a fact. The fact remains that we are still under Martial Law to this day.

Many of you know that the Federal government, is foreign (an incorporation of) to the United States of America, which is located in the District of Columbia, which is not part of the true United States and which is in fact controlled to a great extent by the international bankers and by the laws and rules of the United Nations, whereby this Federal Washington D.C. state or country, has set itself up as a control over the United States for America as a quasi-government (an illusion). This is another tyranny act committed against the American people.

You remember reading about the 1871 Act? February 21, 1871 Congress Passes an Act to Provide a Government for the District of Columbia, also known as the Act of 1871.

With no constitutional authority to do so, Congress creates a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, a ten mile square parcel of land (see, Acts of the Forty-first Congress," Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62).

The act -- passed when the country was weakened and financially depleted in the aftermath of the Civil War and was a strategic move by foreign interests (international bankers) who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the coffers and neck of America.

Congress cut a deal with the international bankers (specifically Rothschild's of London) to incur a DEBT to said bankers. Because the bankers were not about to lend money to a floundering nation without serious stipulations, they devised a way to get their foot in the door of the United States.

The Act of 1871 formed a corporation called THE UNITED STATES. The corporation, OWNED by foreign interests, moved in and shoved the original Constitution into a dustbin. With the Act of 1871, the original Constitution was defaced in effect vandalized and sabotage when the title was capitalized and the word "for" were changed to "of" in the title.

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the constitution of the INCORPORATED UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

It operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it governs the Republic.

Capitalization is NOT insignificant when one is referring to a legal document. This seemingly "minor" alteration has had a major impact on every subsequent generation of Americans.

What Congress did by passing the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia, an INCORPORATED government. This newly altered Constitution was not intended to benefit the Republic. It benefits only the corporation of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and operates entirely outside the original Constitution.

Instead of having absolute and unalienable rights guaranteed under the original Constitution, we the people now have "relative" rights or privileges. One example is the Sovereign's right to travel, which has now been transformed (under corporate government policy) into a "privilege" that requires citizens to be licensed.

By passing the Act of 1871, Congress committed TYRANNY against the People who were Sovereign under the grants and decrees of the Declaration of Independence and the original Constitution. This is another tyranny act committed against the American people.

Did you read the part about the capitalization letters used in legal documents? Have you ever gotten a summons to appear in court? Get a Drivers License? Get a Social Security Card? How about your bills? Did ever notice your name in all capital letters? Hmm let's think about for a moment it said that the U.S Government changed the name from United States for America and changed it to all capital letters that read THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and incorporated the name. So does that mean that my name in all capital letters is part of their incorporation or that your name in all capital letters is an incorporation? This will play into things a little later down on this web site.

How many of you know much about the Federal Reserve? To answer that question we have to go back in time to Jekyll Island. In 1908, the year after a national money panic purportedly created by J. P. Morgan, Congress established, in 1908, a National Monetary Authority. In 1910 another, more secretive, group was formed consisting of the chiefs of major corporations and banks in this country. The group left secretly by rail from Hoboken, New Jersey, and traveled anonymously to the hunting lodge on Jekyll Island.

The meeting was so secret that none referred to the other by his last name. Why the need for secrecy? Frank Vanderlip wrote later in the Saturday Evening Post, "...it would have been fatal to Senator Aldrich's plan to have it known that he was calling on anybody from Wall Street to help him in preparing his bill...I do not feel it is any exaggeration to speak of our secret expedition to Jekyll Island as the occasion of the actual conception of what eventually became the Federal Reserve System."

At Jekyll Island, the true draftsman for the Federal Reserve was Paul Warburg. The plan was simple. The new central bank could not be called a central bank because America did not want one, so it had to be given a deceptive name. Ostensibly, the bank was to be controlled by Congress, but a majority of its members were to be selected by the private banks that would own its stock.

To keep the public from thinking that the Federal Reserve would be controlled from New York, a system of twelve regional banks was designed. Given the concentration of money and credit in New York, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York controlled the system, making the regional concept initially nothing but a ruse.

The board and chairman were to be selected by the President, but in the words of Colonel Edward House, the board would serve such a term as to "put them out of the power of the President." The power over the creation of money was to be taken from the people and placed in the hands of private bankers who could expand or contract credit as they felt best suited their needs.

Why the opposition to a central bank?

Americans at the time knew of the destruction to the economy the European central banks had caused to their respective countries and to countries who became their debtors. They saw the large- scale government deficit spending and debt creation that occurred in Europe.

Shortly after the United States gained its freedom, the Rothschilds attempted to saddle the country with a private central bank. This Bank of the United States was abolished by President Andrew Jackson with these words: The bold effort the present bank has made to control the government, the distress it had wantonly produced...are but premonitions of the fate that awaits the American people should they be deluded into a perpetuation of this institution or the establishment of another like it.

But European financial moguls didn't rest until the New World Order was within their orbit. In 1902, Paul Warburg, a friend and associate of the Rothschilds and an expert on European central banking, came to this country as a partner in Kuhn, Loeb and Company. He married the daughter of Solomon Loeb, one of the founders of the firm. The head of Kuhn, Loeb was Jacob Schiff, whose gift of $20 million in gold to the struggling Russian communists in 1917 no doubt saved their revolution.

The Federal Reserve controls the banking system in THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; not Congress, nor the people as the Constitution dictates. In 1913 the Internal Revenue Service was created. What is the law that requires you to pay income taxes every year? Our friends at Internal Revenue Service say it is up to us to determine whether you are one of those people required to pay. You alone know that, because you alone know what you did last year. Did you make and sell liquor last year? Then you must pay the liquor tax. Did you make or sell tobacco? Then you must pay tobacco tax. Did you sell or trade anything out side the US? Then you have to pay taxes. If you did not sell liquor, sell tobacco or trade anything outside the US. Then forget it, you do not owe the taxes. This is yet another act of tyranny against the American people. Now like we have told you before, do not run out and stop paying your income taxes, study this thoroughly and then make your own decision. In 1921, the federal Sheppard-Towner Maternity Act created the birth "registration" or what we now know as the "birth certificate." It was known as the "Maternity Act" and was sold to the American people as a law that would reduce maternal and infant mortality, protect the health of mothers and infants, and for "other purposes." One of those other purposes provided for the establishment of a federal bureau designed to cooperate with state agencies in the overseeing of its operations and expenditures. What it really did was create a federal birth registry which exists today, creating "federal children." This government, under the doctrine of "Parens Patriae," now legislates for American children as if they are owned by the federal government. Through the public school enrollment process and continuing license requirements for most aspects of daily life, these children grow up to be adults indoctrinated into the process of asking for "permission" from Daddy government to do all those things necessary to carry out daily activities that exist in what is called a "free country."

Before 1921 the records of births and names of children were entered into family bibles, as were the records of marriages and deaths. These records were readily accepted by both the family and the law as "official" records. Since 1921 the American people have been registering the births and names of their children with the government of the state in which they were born, even though there is no federal law requiring it.

The state tells you that registering your child's birth through the birth certificate serves as proof that he/she was born in the United States, thereby making him/her a United States citizen. For the past several years a social security number was mandated by the federal government to be issued at birth. This is the third tyranny act committed against the American people. Talk about committing tyranny on the American people, they took the rights of our own children away from us so they would have more collateral for the international bankers. It is an established fact that the United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent. H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress m session June 5, 1933 - Joint Resolution To Suspend The Gold Standard and Abrogate The Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only.

In 1935 President Roosevelt signed the Social Security Act. They made this one look like such a great package, to take care of the elderly, mothers without fathers to their children and to take care of the mentally challenged individuals. This was nothing more than a nice neat package of deception. The Social Security Act was put into place so everyone could pay income taxes because we were no longer on the gold standards therefore collateral had to be made for the international bankers that funded our country after the depression. The Social Security Act did just that by spelling all of our names in capital letters (JOHN DOE) creating an illusion of us the flesh and blood person, this way we could be used as collateral for the international bankers because we could work for so many years in our lives paying in to the system what they called income taxes so they could pay off the dept they created. Remember reading above about your name in all capital letters? Well this is what started it. Now if that is not committing tyranny on the American people I do not know what is, do you not agree? Can you believe it they Incorporated our names and each one of us has an account under that name in all capital letters. Your name in all capital letters is called your STRAWMAN name. If you think that the president of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is in charge and calls the shots, then you need to take the blue pill, go back to bed and wake up in the Matrix so you can feel all warm and fuzzy feeling that is everything is just a-okay.

We only have few more tyranny acts that we would like to share with you. We could spend another two years giving you tons of different tyranny acts committed against the American people but this web page would never load and plus you need to do some more study on your own.

What happened at Pearl Harbor was an inside job. What happen at World War I and World War II were inside jobs. Adolf Hitler was a pawn for the test of the New World Order to see if world domination could really take place. Did you know the International Banks make money on every war we are in? If things do not stay in some kind of war then the president would have to sign another executive order releasing us from Martial Law. What happen in Waco Texas to David Koresh with the Branch Davidians was a pure sign of Martial Law. Remember the comment president Bush made about the constitution only being a GD piece of paper? Well he is right, it is only a GD piece of paper that belongs to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA incorporation. Not the orginial consituation that belongs to the American people.

One of the next tryanny acts that will be committed on the American people will be the Micro Chips. Now remember they are already advertising for it to come into place. They are making it sound so good. Let us put a Micro Chip into your new born child so they can be found if ever lost. They put them in dogs ears, cattle, deer or any other animal they want to find. This is referred to as the mark of the beast in the bible but what is even more of shock is the American people play into their game and except everything the government lays in front of them because of they way the government sells the package. They made it sound so good. Beware they are lying to you.
