Income Taxes-Truth or Fraud?

In 1913, a debate on the Senate floor, regarding the first income tax act under the 16th Amendment was held. Senator Elihu Root commented about the complexity of that first law by stating this.

"I guess you will have to go to jail. If that is the result of not understanding the Income Tax Law I shall meet you there. We shall have a merry, merry time, for all of our friends will be there It will be an intellectual center, for no one understands the Income Tax Law except person who have not suffccient intelligence to understand the questions that arise under it."

Did you know that the IRS came into being in 1911, and it is a private enitity, its sole purpose was to collect taxes and trade tariffs for countries outside the continental United States, Tobacco, Alcohol and Firearms?

Did you know that the only part of the United States that are governed by the IRS is Washington D.C, Alaska and Hawaii or dealings with Tobacco, Alcohol and Firearms?

Did you know that the IRS considers all of us as foreign trade entities? What does this mean? The IRS is and will always be designed to collect taxes from foreign countries, not United State persons born and raised in this country.

Now why would you pay income taxes? "Oh because I am a good American and it is my American duty to pay those taxes."

How they did it was they incorporated your name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS this is referred to your straw man (Strawman), this came into play in 1871 with the 1871 Act in which our country sold us into slavery by allowing the International Bankers to incorporate our country. Our name in upper and lower case letters (Jane Mary Doe) became the straw man (strawman) to each and every living breathing person in this country and many other countries as matter of fact. This allowed them to spell our names in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS (JANE MARY DOE) which will allow them to continue to use your straw man (strawman) name until you do something about it and become a secure party creditor by filing your UCC1.

Let me let you in on a little secret, the money that the government takes for income taxes does not go to help this country, it goes in the pockets of the International Bankers that own this country (Incorporation) in which makes them richer and you poorer. If you want to give your money away and help this country, then give it to all the people that live on the streets for they were faithful tax payers and their government loved them so much they left them on the streets to die.

You hear war stories about people that failed to pay their income taxes and how the IRS came and took everything they owned, that is because the stood on their right not to pay income taxes but yet did not follow the law in dealing with income taxes and that is you must file a return or a statement to the IRS each year or to call them on their bluff and un-code your files. When you are able to walk into a court room and expose their fraud they can not win, you do. The two biggest Government Conspiracies are for Americans to pay Federal Income Taxes that do not owe them and the Strawman which is your name in all capital letters.

If you were to call the IRS right now and ask them why do I have to pay income taxes, they would hang the phone up on you. The reason is because they would know you have discovered their fraud. Ask one question to the Judge or the IRS show me were in the consituation the law that says I have to pay Income Taxes.

There are three ways to handle the IRS to either file a statement each year, be a corporation sole or to become a secure party creditor and file your UCC1. This will depend on you and how you wish to handle it.

The best way to deal with the IRS and stop paying income taxes is to become a secure party creditor and file your UCC1, however choose your battles wisely for this action is for the experienced secure party creditor and it is very important that you study your rights not to pay income taxes before you take on this battle. Many people are in jail that thought they knew what they are doing but there are thousands that are not in jail because they knew how to use their secure party creditor status UCC1 and their rights not to pay income taxes.
